Proposals and anniversaries
Tell your concierge whether you prefer an intimate outing or a celebration with family and friends. Share your date, guest count and any preferred time or setting. Ask about photography, flowers, catering, music or other arrangements you would like considered. These are requests to quote and confirm, not standard inclusions. Sunset timing, privacy arrangements, route and onboard setup must be checked with the vessel’s operator before you commit to a plan.
Bachelor and bachelorette yacht parties
Choose a boat around the final group size and the atmosphere you want. Compare shaded areas, bathroom information, sound equipment and what beverages the package actually includes. Confirm decoration rules, outside food and drinks, boarding logistics and extra-passenger charges. A private charter is reserved for your group under the confirmed booking; it should not be confused with tickets on a shared party excursion.
Birthdays, reunions and company groups
Smaller groups can compare private yachts such as Agavero and the Sea Ray options in the fleet. Luxury vessels and private catamarans offer different layouts and amenities. For much larger events, Baby Dancer and Dancer have their own minimum-group packages and per-person starting prices. The minimum passenger guarantee and total event quote matter as much as maximum capacity. Ask your concierge which vessels can accommodate your event and requested setup.
Keep the itinerary realistic
If Isla Mujeres or Playa Norte is part of the celebration, confirm whether your departure marina and charter hours support it. A Puerto Aventuras departure should be planned around its own Riviera Maya routes. Stops, activities and special arrangements depend on navigation conditions and operator approval. Let your concierge coordinate any requested restaurant or club reservation and hotel transfer around the confirmed boarding and return times.
What your quote should include
Review charter hours, currency, included guests, additional passengers, dock fees, food and drinks. Special services are quoted separately unless expressly included. Restaurant and club reservation assistance has no concierge service fee; admission, consumption, transportation and the yacht charter are charged as applicable. Crew gratuities are optional.
