Bachelorette Yacht Charter in Cancun: Plan Your Private Boat Day

Planning a bachelorette yacht charter in Cancun starts with your group, your departure point and the experience you want onboard. A private celebration can be built around music, time on the water and a possible Isla Mujeres itinerary, but the right boat depends on more than a photograph. The Riviera Maya Concierge helps you compare actual vessels, their guest allowances and their individual terms before you pay.

Choose a yacht around your group

Send your travel date, the number of guests and whether anyone needs shade, easy boarding or a quieter place to rest. Compare the quoted guest allowance with the vessel’s maximum capacity: extra guests may carry a separate charge. Agavero, a Sunseeker 46, lists a package for 15 guests and conditions for additional passengers. Agora and other celebration options can also be reviewed against your date and preferences; availability must be confirmed for the specific boat.

Four, six or eight hours?

A shorter charter prioritizes time onboard and a route that fits the departure marina. More hours may provide more flexibility, but do not assume that every booking includes Isla Mujeres, Playa Norte, a beach stop or a restaurant visit. Ask your concierge to confirm the proposed itinerary, navigation time and any stops in writing. Weather, port instructions and operational conditions can change what is possible.

Compare the total price before choosing

Ask for the currency, charter duration, included passengers, dock fees and any extra-hour or extra-passenger charges. Drinks and food differ by vessel. Agavero’s listed package includes captain, sailor, specified beverages, ice, snorkeling equipment and Bluetooth sound; that does not make the same package standard across the fleet. Catering, shopping, decorations or special arrangements should be requested and quoted before confirmation. Crew gratuities are optional and separate.

Connect your celebration in one place

Share your hotel location if you need private transportation to the marina. You can also request restaurant, beach club or nightclub reservations through the same concierge. Reservation assistance for restaurants and clubs has no concierge service fee; consumption, admission, transportation and charter charges are paid separately as applicable. Table choice remains subject to availability.

How to request your charter

Send your date, guest count, preferred hours, hotel area and celebration requests. Your concierge confirms availability before payment. The standard initial payment is 30%; transfer balances are due 48 hours before departure, or a cash balance may be paid at boarding. Cancellation penalties vary by vessel. Arrive 20 minutes before departure and read the booking FAQ before paying.
