Villa I

The property is located between Punta Norte and Punta Sur, between Casa Rolandi (one of the island's most exclusive restaurants) and the dolphinarium.

The villa has three levels. Upon entering the main entrance, you'll find the second level, which includes:
- A bar, with a counter and television.
- Kitchen with stove, two drawers for cold food, one drawer for hot food, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, and cookware for 15 people.
- Dining room for 10 people.
- Living room
- 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, each with a full bathroom and a large closet. The master and second bedrooms have garden access.
- Access to the garden is on the dining room side, where the pool, jacuzzi, and a dock are located. The house itself does not have beach access, as there is no sand at its location. However, access to the ocean is possible at the guest's discretion, as the area is somewhat rocky, so caution is required.
In the garden area there are lounge chairs, two kayaks, an outdoor table, a grill for barbecues, and two full bathrooms.
On the third level, you'll find a library, which has a living room, a television, and two terraces, one overlooking the garden and the other overlooking the front of the house.
The first level (basement) has:
-3 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, full bathroom and large closet.
- Television room
- Ping pong table.
- Access to the front of the house where the underground parking and utility rooms are located.
- The property has air conditioning throughout its interiors.
- We'll provide you with bath and pool towels, as well as shampoo and soap.
- There is parking on the property, both outdoors and underground. With capacity for six cars.

We also offer a chef service, which works like this: We have a varied menu with dishes for all tastes, priced per dish, per person. Or, if you prefer, you can create your own menu and we'll provide the prices.
